
Teen // Yoga
A longer, one hour class, focused on learning the basics of yoga, through movement, stretch and rest. It would be ideal for your teen to have a pillow handy for relaxation at the end. A mat or a towel will do for the physical postures which we will be learning. Please encourage your teen to have their video on for this class. I am the only person who will see them, but it will help me greatly to see the mood, enthusiasm and participation of the teenagers! Suitable for mature 11+ through to 16.
